Call it a romantic vision or a failed attempt to reconcile disconnecting emotion and intellect. I began to gather and look for ways of making a thread of life in the form of bricolage—however, it may be—to make sense of meaning unknown as fragments. Still, I kept hoping it could reveal something greater as a constellation and continue to revisit it as I desired more.
JHL Lab is an alibi, an ongoing project searching for possibilities, that fleeting sense of optimism or mirage that does not fit into the present dichotomy of for-profit or non-profit latent capitalism that domesticated us all as docile creatures.
